I joined the family business in 2012 after graduating from Brunel University London — and almost immediately ran into the same problem every business owner I've met since has faced.
Every few years, the website needed updating. A new vendor was hired. The same promises were made: full customisation, professional results, value for money. And the same outcome followed — compromises, delays, costs that kept climbing, and a final result that looked nothing like what was sold. I started my own business in 2022 and found the exact same situation waiting for me. Different vendors. Different platforms. Identical outcome.
In late 2022, a period of personal downtime gave me something I hadn't had in years: uninterrupted time to think and explore. I started taking AI seriously — not as a gimmick, but as a practical tool. I studied it, built with it, and tested it inside my own business. It worked in ways nothing I'd bought from a vendor ever had.
Then in 2024, I went to China. I watched businesses operating at a speed and level of integration I hadn't seen before. Technology wasn't bolted on as an afterthought — it was built in from the start. The gap between that and how businesses in Pakistan were running was not subtle.
I came home with one question: why are Pakistani businesses still doing this the hard way?
Three years of learning, building, and testing gave me the conviction to act on it. TerraTech launched in 2025 — built specifically for Pakistani SMBs that are great at what they do, but losing leads every day because the infrastructure around them hasn't caught up. We build that infrastructure. And we manage it for you.

The Discovery
After a decade running businesses and repeatedly being let down by vendors, Ahmad went deep on AI — studying the technology, completing courses, and testing what was actually possible. He implemented it inside his own businesses first. It worked.

The Realisation
A trip to China made one thing clear: technology was enabling businesses elsewhere to operate at a speed Pakistan hadn't seen yet. The opportunity — and the urgency — came into sharp focus.

TerraTech AI Systems is based in Pakistan and serves businesses across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and other major cities. We work remotely with clients anywhere in Pakistan — setup, configuration, and ongoing management are all handled virtually.
