How do AI agents work?
Agents are pre-configured automation systems that monitor for triggers (like form submissions or scheduled times), take actions automatically (like creating CRM records or posting content), and escalate to you when needed.
How long does setup take?
Typically 7-14 days from payment to agents running, depending on bundle size and how quickly you provide access and information.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle all technical setup and configuration. You provide business knowledge and preferences; we handle the technical work.
Can I try before committing?
Yes—we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund both your monthly fee and setup fee.

Which bundle should I choose?
Foundation (3 agents): Getting started, testing automation, solving 2-3 specific bottlenecks
Growth (5 agents): Growing businesses, automating multiple areas
Autopilot (8 agents): Established businesses, comprehensive automation
Can I choose any agents I want?
Yes! Each bundle lets you choose ANY agents from our catalog that fit your needs. No restrictions on mixing categories.
What if I only need 4 or 6 agents?
Choose the next smaller bundle and add individual agents for $20/month each, or choose the next larger bundle. Example: Need 4 agents? Get Foundation (3 agents) + 1 add-on = $99/month total.
Can I change agents later?
Yes! Use your swap policy:
• Foundation: 1 free swap every 3 months
• Growth: 1 free swap every 2 months
• Autopilot: 1 free swap every month
Additional swaps available for $49 each.

How much does it cost?
Foundation: $79/month + $149 setup (first month: $228)
Growth: $109/month + $249 setup (first month: $358)
Autopilot: $169/month + $399 setup (first month: $568)
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. No per-message fees, no usage charges, no surprise costs.
Can I pay annually?
Yes! Annual payment saves you one month:
• Foundation: $948/year (save $79)
• Growth: $1,308/year (save $109)
• Autopilot: $2,028/year (save $169)
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime with 7-day notice. Service continues through the end of your paid period. No refunds for remaining time (except 30-day guarantee).
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, up to 3 months. Pay 50% of monthly fee to hold your slot. Resume anytime with 7-day notice.
Agent Operations
How do I know agents are working?
You'll receive notifications as configured, see results in your systems (CRM updates, scheduled posts, etc.), and can review agent activity in your portal.
What if an agent makes a mistake?
Contact support immediately. We'll investigate, fix the issue, adjust configuration to prevent recurrence, and guide you on any needed cleanup.
Can agents work together?
Yes! Many workflows use multiple agents. For example: LG04 captures leads → CS02 updates CRM → CS01 handles support questions.
Do agents work 24/7?
Yes, agents monitor and respond to triggers continuously. Some operate on schedules (like content posting), others respond in real-time (like lead capture).

What platforms do agents integrate with?
Varies by agent. Common platforms: Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, WhatsApp, QuickBooks, Stripe, and more.
Do I need to change my workflow?
No. Agents integrate with your existing tools and fit into your current processes—they don't replace them, they automate them.
Can I revoke access?
Yes, anytime. You control platform permissions. Revoking access will stop agents from functioning.
Data & Security
Is my data safe?
Yes. Encryption everywhere (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), strict access controls, 24/7 monitoring, and regular security testing.
Who can see my data?
Only you and TerraTech support/technical staff when troubleshooting issues you report. We never share data with others or use it beyond your service.
Do you sell my data?
Never. Your data is yours. We use it only to make your agents work.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Full GDPR compliance, Data Processing Agreements available, all privacy rights honored.

Individual agent purchased in addition to your bundle for $20/month. Allows expanding beyond your bundle size without upgrading.
Agent
An AI-powered automation system that handles a specific business task. TerraTech offers 17 different agents across 6 categories.
Agent Swap
Replacing one agent in your bundle with a different agent. Included swaps vary by bundle tier (1 per 3 months, 2 months, or monthly).
API (Application Programming Interface)

Autopilot Bundle

Business Hours
